The Ooni Karu 12 is a versatile pizza oven that can reach temperatures of 500°C (950°F) in just 20 minutes, allowing you to cook authentic, restaurant-quality pizza in only 60 seconds. You can use wood or charcoal for that familiar flame-infused flavor, or you have the option to use the Gas Burner attachment for convenience.

What's In The Box The Ooni Karu 12 Pizza Oven comes with the body and fuel door, a cordierite stone baking board, chimney, chimney cover, and a wood and charcoal fuel tray with a burner grate. Please Note: A pizza peel is essential to begin cooking with your Ooni Karu 12 straight out of the box. You can find our full range of peels at the Ooni Store.
